Solid-Brass 6" Hook and Eye

Our unique 6-Inch Hook and Eye works on shutters, gates or even doors. Use it to hold them open or securely closed. Made of solid brass, it comes in an array of classic finishes.

Dimensions: Hook: 6". Hook and bracket: 1 1/2" H x 7 1/4" W overall x 3/4" projection. Center-to-center: 1". Eye catch: 1 1/2" H. Center -to center: 1".

Forged: Process of forming brass or other metals into a particular shape by heating the metal and hand pounding or cutting with high pressure dies. Items made in this way are very strong and heavy.
