This pretty, brass plated skeleton key was designed to work as a master key for antique mortise and rim locks. Featuring a triple notched bit, it's likely to operate around 30% of vintage locks (results not guaranteed - operability can only be determined by testing). Made of zinc, with bright brass plating. Please note: this key is also sold together with W-06HG-400NK.

Overall length: 3 1/8". Barrel length (from bow to bit): 1 7/8". Barrel diameter: 1/8". Bit is 7/16" W x 3/8" H.

The bow is the ring part that you hold, the barrel is the tube in the center and the bit is the tooth like part on the end.

1952 lock replacement

Comments:

Matched 1952 door key

Functional but a little whimpy

Comments:

I have customers needing a key for their mortise locks and these do work like a master and work in most units. I can't get enough of the antique key for my needs.

Great key, nice quality

Comments:

As an owner with a home built in the early 1900's I really appreciate the quality of this key. I broke the original key and thought I was going to have to change my inner door locks but NOPE this one worked PERFECTLY! I would definitely recommend this!

Simple,fast service and delivery

Comments:

I lost a key to an historic house. I was looking for a replacement. Luckily the original turned up. I use the key as a fob on my key key chain and love it.

Sturdy Key

Comments:

It works ok. Not as thick or as long as I expected it would be. I would recommend if the person needs a short key.

Very versatile key

Comments:

Hard to find keys that work with a multiple of locks. These are very versatile keys.
