Forged-Bronze Sash Lock and Lift

Style meets utility with this unique, late 19th-century combination sash lock and lift. The spring loaded function makes it easy to unlock, lift, lower, and lock any window sash. Made of forged bronze, it's available in six classic finishes.

Dimensions: Latch base: 1 1/2" H x 1 7/8" W. Lift projects 1 3/8". Strike: 11/16" D x 1 7/8" W projects 9/16". Mounted with four 1" slotted wood screws.

Double Hung: Double hung windows have top and bottom sashes that slide up and down to open or close.
