16" Galvanized Iron Hook & Eye With Black Powder-Coated Finish

Our traditional 16-inch iron hook & eye works on shutters, gates or even doors. Use it to hold them open or securely closed. Made of heavy duty iron, galvanized and finished with a rust resistant black powder coat to coordinate with most exterior hardware. The hook is hand forged and the bases (eyes) are made of cast iron.

Galvanized iron and steel is plated with zinc before the powder-coating is applied. This dramatically increases the rust resistance over items that are only painted or powder-coated.
