14" Pair of Tapered Shutter Straps with 1 1/2" Offset

Use these traditional 14-inch tapered shutter straps to replace worn or missing parts, or to build shutter hinges for your specific needs (mounting pintles sold separately). They are designed to work with 7/16" diameter pintles and have a 1 1/2" offset. Made of heavy-duty galvanized steel with rust-resistant and powder-coated finish.

Dimensions: Strap width: 1 5/8". Strap Length: 14" (from end to center of pintle hole). Thickness: 1/16" (2mm). Offset: 1 1/2" (from back of strap to center of pintle hole). Screws: 6 ea. #8 x 1" round head wood.

Galvanized iron and steel is plated with zinc before the powder-coating is applied. This dramatically increases the rust resistance over items that are only painted or powder-coated.
