Description

This version of the classic New York shutter hinge features distinctive tapered straps ending in a round tip. These sturdy hinges have a 2 1/4" offset (4 1/2" throw), which is suitable for brick or thinly veneered stone houses. Made in the USA from 12 gauge wrought steel, they're galvanized and powder coated to resist rust. This smooth black finish eliminates the need for painting and makes them easy to maintain.

Dimensions. Strap: 5" H x 6" W. Thickness: 1/8". Offset: 2 1/4" (from back of strap to center of pintel). Throw: 4 1/2". Mounting plate: 3 5/8" H x 1 1/2" W x 1/8" thick. Pintel rod: 3/8" diameter.
