This heavy, cast brass mail slot is the perfect compliment to your Federal or Colonial Revival style home. The exterior plate has a flush inswing flap and concealed mounting bolts to preserve the seamless, classical look. To help prevent drafts the flap is spring-loaded. The plates are left unlacquered and will gradually develop a wonderful antique patina.
Dimensions. Exterior and interior face plates: 12" W x 4 1/4" H. Opening in plate: 7 3/4" W x 1 3/4" H.
