This circa 1900 Neo-Classical door set is a sophisticated choice for any Georgian, Greek Revival or other formal style of home. The large and simple plates are embellished with a dramatic flourish of scrolls and palmettes, beautifully rendered in solid, cast brass. A hand-applied antique finish completes the authentic look. Left unlacquered, this "living" finish with develop natural highlights where touched, just like the antique originals. The set includes a top-quality mortise lock with an auxiliary push-button security function, to ensure you lasting and trouble-free performance.
Door set dimensions: Back plates are 20 1/2" H x 4" W and project 1/2".
Mortise lock dimensions: Backset is 2 1/2". Lock case: 5.64" H x 3 .32" W x .84" T. Lock face plate: 8" H x 1 1/4" W. Strike plate: 4.895" H x 1.265" W. The lock includes a 1 1/2" cylinder and 2 standard keys.
This set is designed to fit doors from 1 5/8" to 2 3/8" thick. For thicker doors or a double keyed option, please call for assistance.

Latch and lock - The door is opened by thumb latch on the exterior and on the interior. On the deadbolt, there is a keyed lock cylinder for use on the outside of the door while a thumb turn is used to lock the door on the interior.
