Description

This classic Victorian register cover will infuse period style into any new construction or restoration. Inspired by Gothic tracery found in stained glass windows, this intricate design turns an ordinary vent into a stylish accent. Our modern recreation is cast from solid iron and finished with a durable matte-black powder coat. An adjustable louver allows you to control airflow, from fully open to closed. This extra heavy-duty register cover varies in thickness from 3/16" at outer edge to 7/16" in center.

The louver is an aluminum housing with pivoting fins, which are adjusted with a standard screwdriver to increase or decrease air flow through the floor register.

The first column in the size chart (Boot Size) refers to the cut-out in the floor that the register fits into. The second column (Register Size) refers to the outside measurement of the register face plate. To ensure a proper fit, always order registers based on the boot size.

Hardware Tip:
Cast: Process where molten brass, iron or other metals are poured and formed in molds often made of sand. The products made in this manner are often thick and heavy. Learn about hardware >
