Description
These grimacing lion door knobs could have come straight from an Italian palazzo! Designed by P. & F. Corbin in 1900, this Renaissance Revival pattern was originally known as "Pavia". Beautifully detailed and wonderfully dramatic, it's considered the crème de la crème of American Renaissance hardware. Reproduced via a lost wax casting with a hand-applied antique finish. Pair them with the matching Pavia pattern back plates (R-01AA-ZLW-189) for a complete and authentic Renaissance Revival style door set. Dimensions. Knobs: 2 7/8" H x 2" W. Shank: 11/16" diameter, drilled for a 16 TPI spindle. Spindle: 4 3/8" L x 9/32". Includes set screws and an Allen wrench for mounting knobs to spindle.
