What a handsome addition to any home! Designed circa 1900 in the Neoclassical style, this impressive mail slot features an exquisite ribbon & wreath border. Lost wax cast from solid brass, it's left unlacquered and will gradually darken with age (occasional polishing will keep it bright). The in-swing flap is spring loaded to keep it closed and help prevent drafts.
Dimensions. Exterior and interior face plates: 12 1/8" W x 3 5/8" H. Cut outs: 10 1/8" W x 1 1/2" H.
