3 1/2" Single Action Spring Hinge With 5/8" Radius Corners

Spring butt hinges are typically used on interior garage doors or anywhere a self-closing door is required. This 3 1/2" hinge is UL listed for use on 60 minute fire doors, as required by building codes in many areas (when used on a fire door a minimum of 2 spring hinges are required). It is suitable for right or left hand installation and features easily adjusted spring tension. Made of heavy duty steel (.11" thick) with your choice of 8 attractive finishes.

The maximum recommended door weights are as follows: using 1 spring hinge and 2 butt hinges - 50 lbs.; using 2 spring hinges and 1 butt hinge - 70 lbs.; using 3 spring hinges - 90 lbs.

Dimensions: 3 1/2" H x 3 1/2" W x .11" thick. The leaves have a 5/8" radius corner.
