In our opinion, this mid-Victorian sash lock is one of the finest and most elegant ever made in America. The wonderful turned finials and crisp ornament are perfectly cast in solid brass with a mellow antique finish. The spring-loaded, pivoting arm requires the catch to be mounted on the lower sash (the exterior view is pictured). Dimensions. Latch base: 2 5/8" L x 3/4" W. Catch base: 1 3/4" L x 1" W.
