Ornamental half-mortise door hinges were a favorite in Arts & Crafts style homes. Reproduced from an early 20th century design, this nostalgic hinge has a loose pin and slotted ball finials (for ease of installation). The balls can be unscrewed and the pin reversed, making this hinge suitable for right or left handed doors! The barrel is offset by 3/8". Finely crafted from solid brass and hand-finished with our "living" antique patina. This period-authentic finish will continue to age gracefully and develop highlights with use, just like the antique originals.
Dimensions. Mortised leaf: 3 1/2" H x 1 9/16" W. Surface (visible) leaf: 4" H x 2 11/16" W. Barrel offset: 3/8".
