How to Read a Product Review

Each review has a star rating, a set of common attributes, and comments about the product, the project it was used in, and HoAH’s service.

How to Submit a Review

We invite customers to submit a review with an email after the order is delivered. The email links to the write-a-review page. It’s easy and it takes no more than a few minutes. People who submit reviews this way are identified as verified buyers. You can also submit a review directly from the product page.

When does the review appear on the site?

It typically takes 5 business days for reviews to appear on the site. Reviews are moderated by an independent company and approved by House of Antique Hardware. For details, see our Review Policy page.

Where to Find the Reviews

If a product has been reviewed, it will be identified on the listing page by its star-rating.

The reviews are on the product detail page. Click the Read Reviews link above the Add to Cart button - this will take you to the review section on that page.
